Pick what buildings are premium

Also, 50 out of my 98 buildings are labeled as premium, 17 of my buildings that aren't labeled as premium come up as a blank white screen when clicked on. These 17 buildings are currently expanding, maybe when they have finished expanding they won't be just a blank white screen when click on? And the rest of my buildings are fine, which are also expanding.
So I really only have 31 buildings out of 98 that are working properly.
This definately needs some major fixing.
Not only do I have 10 extra buildings labeled as premium, I also have 17 buildings that show up as white screen when clicked on.
Let us choose what <40 buildings are premium.
