Quick question

Hi,

I'm pretty new to kapilands and was just wondering which is the best way to go, i'm currently making wood and stone with an extra plantation to cover my seeds usage and 2 powerplants and wells to cover (as much as possible) my imput into producing, i'm just wondering if this is the best way or to just buy in the raw materials, which is the best and most profitable way to use my buildings?

Stones are always good, wood too, but ask yourself: when does your plantation make the most money: producing seeds or wood?

Would you make more profit with your plantation when you just buy the seeds and use that time you save by producing wood instead of homemade seeds?

Buy power and water or make it yourself, that is a choice, I like to produce it myself, but some buy it.
Neither is right or wrong.

Take a look at these posts and you will get a lot of info.

And use the search button a lot, everything you want to know has most likely been discussed in full detail somewhere in beginner help or somewhere else on the forum.

don't produce seeds, just buy them from the npc.

People must learn somethings for themselves. If we give full advice on what to make and how exactly to make it it removes the learning curve then when they want to branch out they haven't got the basics right.

if you are told how to make money then it makes the game to easy its betetr to work out your own individual strategy

If u are in R2, check out Doko's thread for getting into textlies.

U could make real good profits. The payback for buildings is just 5 days. i.e, u would be able to double your assets every five days. That is pretty decent. Plantations are good but their returns start to decline as u expand.

Total Investment: $3.615.000
Profit a Day: $1.166.205,60
Time needed to earn back initial investment: 3.09 Days
