AVG Stats (Price, Q, Supply/Demand)
Adverts
Size

And no unfortunately we dont know how they interact to form a price
Full ads roughly halve the selling time
Size is oubivious

Look at Horizon's post, it was the first thing he said.

Country's Average Price | Average Quality | Demand (If Supply is over demand it will become almost impossible to sell the item.)
Advertisements: 40,000 Ad points sell twice the products in the same time as 0 Ad points.
Employees: The more employees you have the faster things are sold.

But of course your Q and price have an affect I assumed that was understood. Drop price sale price drops, raise Q time drops

Expand up to 100m2 then get 40,000 advertising points then continue expanding.

That is what is recommended by most people. Ads are only really effective with 10+workers and they are REALLY effective BUT they only make a difference up to 40,000 ad points.

Yes, you can put as many Ad points into a store as you wish. However, any point over 40,000 is useless and a waste of money.

IVe worked that all out and it says it should sell my self produced strawberries for 2.5C

But 300 sell out in 10 minutes.

Should i keep going or raise Price?

Test more and higher prices as described in Knolls post.
Take a wider range up to 15 salesprice and calculate the profit per minute.
You do understand how it is done don't you, if not, let me know, but Knolls describes it very clearly.

But first look at the value of your strawberries, not the productioncost in your warehouse but the current marketprice, (so take a look at the market ingame and see how much strawberries are sold for )

I think that is where you made your mistake.
Productioncost is not the same as (the market) value.

Strawberries Q0 are sold for around 5 caps each on the market right now so that is your starting value, now you need to ad profit to that number the way Knolls explains.
