What do you think about which products gives more profit

Well here you go! :D
Please do show how much profit you think you can make.

And please remember 1 thing:
It must be a stand alone company.

So you need to create and sell everything yourself.
So selling in stores and buying from npc market.
You got 100 building slots + 32000m2 sized buildings
And to keep it easy all productions a hour are taken on merchant lvl!

Use www.kapitools.de to know how much you can produce and price each for the product.

Please show calculations AND DONT SPAM.

I will start with my idea that I think Wardrobes are the best to produce and sell in your stores:

Product: Wardrobe

I buy everything from the MPCmarket:
1 wardrobe needs:
20 wood
5 steel
600 kwh power

20 wood = 75 ea = 1500 caps
5 steel = 135 ea = 675 caps
600 kwh power = 0.27 ea = 162 caps
-------------------------------------------+
2337 + Production wardrobes.

I assume we have Q80 research of wardrobe and all ingredients Q0
So making wardrobes at Q80 will cost a production price per unit of 37,20 caps.

Total production cost for wardrobes: 2337 + 37.20 = 2374,2 caps ea
Q80 research will allow you to create Q20 wardrobes as a minimum.
It is pretty nice to sell for 2000+65Q at your stores for quick sales:
So you will get 3800 caps a wardrobe.

3300-2374,2 = 925,8 caps profit a wardrobe.

Now lets go to the joinery.
Always in red... simply because you produce more.

Joinery 32000m2 in Red
Production a hour: 1.752,54 units
Production costs a hour: 4.160.880,47 Caps
Production Income (sales): 5.783.382,00 caps
Profit each joinery: 1.622.501,53 caps (income - productions costs)

So a joinery will give you 1.623k each hour.

Because if you look in total you can have 50 joineries * 1.623k a hour * 24h
This will result in a netto profit of:
1.947.001.836 caps a day.

Which you get sold in your store easily I hope :D

Personaly I think their are better industries.. maybe gas or something :)

I like the work you have put in here, but selling a Q20 wardrobe for 3000 caps in a store, is like giving them away.

Using full racks on 48hour cycles no reason why they couldn't go for 3600-4000 depending on NPC fluctuation.

This may effect your calculations, as 48hour cycles and a lot more profit per wardrobe.

Okey tried some Q19 wardrobes 3300 ea and they were pretty nice sold too 1000 pieces ea 24/h @ 500m2 store. ^^ so your probably right :) Going to recalculated :)

Suprisingly big difference :) Almost doubled :)

Greetings to all,

Actually, The money you earn from it is the same no matter a full rack at 168hours cycle (A week...) or full rack at 24 hours cycle, but The wardrobes will spent lots more if you set the time cycle shorter.

conclusion, set a 168 hours cycle earns more profit than a 24hours does.

cos it makes more money per wardrobe.

I can say that you can sell 5.000 wardrobes Q24 in a store with 5000sqm for 4.550,00 in 27 hours, also it costs me 748,19 to produce each wardrobe.

always consider the cost of materials at market prices. which will give you about 2.4k cost per wardrobe. so now if you sell q20 in shop at 3000/unit thats a bit ... silly (notice the political correctness thats so atypical for me :D)

because you could sell those wardrobes to a big player that offers say 2000+50q = 3000 per wardrobe. and you dont even need shops for that. now if you sell at lets say 2500+75q in your shops, thats better. this will give you 1k profit per wardrobe (in shops, joineries are something thats not in the calculation). so you earn 10k per employee per day (roughly). if you would set the price so that the time for full rack was 160 hours thats about 6k per wardrobe. yes, you earn more money, but at much longer time, which translates in 9k per employee per day. the difference is not that big but its considerable.
