I was banned once , how ? here is my story .
Was new to the game , reached small businessman level , made many customers and established a good suppliers list . On the way i was trading in the market , like all do , some times picking up cheap deals which others throw a way . Did not know that it is prohebited to make profit off extra ordinary deals . What I thought , and all newbies , is that may be some companies are clearing there warehouse of goods , or some big guys just making fun and throwing deals like that to smaller guys.
Until i found out that was cheaters who throw such deals it was already to late , and was very disapointing for me to start all over again , but i like the game , so i did...............end of story

I SUGGEST :
- Adding a link to the office minue that says WARNING , includes tips of what you can get banned for and what is prohebited .
This will make newbies more carfull about what to do , and keep more people in the game , as eagerness make smaller companies try to profit off any thing with out knowing the cons..........
- Why not delet the company name when the acc is deleted , so if the player wants to start he may use the same name..............

I have said before they really do need a link to the rules in game rather than on the log in page.

I don't believe they every delete the accounts, they just lock them. If they don't delete the account why should you be able to use the same name?

eather its locked or deleted , better to give the chance to start over with same company name.........

Yes its may be good idea.

Im still new in Kapiland, but sometimes i get good contracts. Like some wood for 30 each (from unknow companies). If i accept it means im cheat?
Or what value of products means its cheating? (% of market value).

Cant find anywhere this values. (Maybe only i cant find it like the tutorials a week ago)

just try not to accept very low value contracts , there is a link in the forum - kapi tools - look for it it is very useful in calculating prices , production , expansion etc............... may be AZER PRODUCTION can help in this , because i dont realy know at what price it is considered cheating to buy something..............

Any price bellow contruction/production/research costs is illegal. Trades close to that price are monitored.

However, there are some things like coins... you send them at 50,000 to a player and it very well could be considered illegal as they sell for 250,000+.

Just don't accept any "really good" prices or contracts and you won't have a problem.

how about goods in the market , like coal for 3 , seeds for 0.05 , wood for 25 , oil for 25..............things like that , which are over production coast...
WHY not the game makes a minimum for prices to be sent to the market not to be lower than production coast , you know not every body knows the acctual cost , specialy newbies..............

It is hard to set that price. Each area has different production/contruction costs.

For example, it costs 270 to make an ad in the green area yet 900 to make it in the Red.

Another example, to build a Power Plant 1500m2 in Red it costs 9,025,000, not including materials, while in green it costs only 5,415,000.

may by an average coast betwwen areas can be the minimum , the problem is no body knows the coast of every thing to be carefull enogh on buying from market........
