i jus wonder does special building earn us any money? i build a hospital so that mean i will get money daily?

No, special buildings do not earn you money.
There are 4 types of special buildings that give you score: Homeless shelter, Hospital, Nursing home, and Kindergarten. All the rest of the special buildings are for showing off your status symbles.

The building comes 20m with 1 employee, and you only get 1 employee per 20m. That basic structure gives you two quests:
500 each of 4 items (homeless for example: Bread, Flour, Sugar, Pork)
1000 each of 4 items (Shoes, pullovers, jeans, textiles)
And they have to be done in this order. After those 2 quests, you have to exapand the buiding by 20m and 1 employee to get more quests - and that uses a lot of materials. (1000 Stones, 500 steel, 100 wood per foot)
Also you may have noticed that the buidings cost different amounts to build. The kindergarten, homeless shelter, and nursing home give 1 points for the first quest and 2 for the sacond (and presumably continue like that) but the hospital starts with 4 for the first quest and then gives 5. This is presumably because it's more expensive to build, and also because the items requested are expensive (TVs, monitors, computers, printers).
But the good news is you also get score just for building them if I recall correctly. If you're interested in chasing that, I would suggest doing the Nursing Home first (it's chemical products first, and then juices). Then the hospital isn't bad for the points either. Toughest is probably the kindergarten because toys are just so hard to buy.

They are pointless for smaller companies or people who care less about score. If it looks like a lot of money to spend don't bother.
Look at it this way, buying the materials for the Nursing home from the market costs about 65k the first score and 30k the second. Keep this in mind you can buy status symbles from people for around 35k each point.
