I am asking for a question ... why should we waiting for the Manager level for selling its buildings ?!
As Manager you should have 64kM fixed asset and cash such a long time...
I consider that as Businessman you 've spent enought time in the game to deal with buildings and often you would like to separate your activity of some buildings.
Unfortenately, you have to wait until the Manager level to sell those buildings without losing money or being refund in parts or entirely. My suggestion is to downgrade the sale of building at Businessman level.
Meanwhile, this open the building market and it interesting potential of development for smaller companies which represent a huge amount of industry ingame.
You are a Businessman in 2 - 3 months at less. For being manager, you need perhaps 4 - 5 months. I concess that you have more experience and more cash, however small companies can also explore this business and making money with this industry.

Until I get talked into it, I will vote no to this petition.
It seems that a huge amount of advantage could be given to either company via the trade of buildings at a lower level. Cheating would become easier. All a multi player would have to do is run an acct' for 2-3 months and then sell their buildings to themselves. This risk of loosing a company due to cheating would not be a great threat. Advancement would become easier for people with no scruples.
Pushing accounts through loop holes might be a bigger threat than loosing players that don't really want to give this great game the justice it deserves.
Kapiland takes a long time to become powerful for a reason...
If admin choose to accept this level selection change, this (pushing) loophole would have to be more highly monitored, over long periods of game time (2-3 months), giving less time to monitor other loopholes which exist at the moment.
If the extra monitoring time problem can be dealt with, then I guess I could change my vote.

the option to sell buildings only if reaching the Manager level has been implemented due to that cheater reason, and I think, this is ok.
I also think that it makes the game more interesting if you have more options with the course of levels...
If you have enough experience with the game and furthermore all possibilities (which are being unlocked from level to level), you can estimate whether you should sell a building or not and which "final" buildings you really need.
