i would do it but there would probably have to have better odds and very very big wins or no one would waste much money on it as it is not a proper investment

Your phase shift must be around 180 degrees (one pi), meaning you understand everything just the opposite way it was meant to

Please try to find arguments (pro and contra) and stop "spamming" with "I like the idea." etc.

Contra:
This is a game, not a Casino.

Addictions are NO JOKE!!!

Con:
Lottos hurt the poor more than they ever help them. Small companies would be wasteing their money trying to get rich quick instead of investing it into their company.

dont be a spoil sport

you could put a limit at 50 kaps and that wont be much. The system sponsors it and they make sure that it is always at least 1million jackpot.

OR

You have 2 types 1. for large companies
2. for small companies and system sponsored

Why have a lotto that isn't real? Lotterys are around to MAKE money. Profits are spread around between states/countries that use the money to improve schools, roads, etc.

To give an example.

Mega Millions recently had a jack pot of about 322 million. However, Mega Millions had recieved over 360 million.

When the jack pot was won the winner had two options:
1. Take a smaller all the money at once. (You recieve only 90% of the jack pot before taxes, which take another 50%. Which means you walk away with 40% of the grand prize.)
2. Take a 26 year payout. (You recieve the full jack pot plus 4% annually spread evenly over 26 years.)

Most people take the full amount which leaves Mega Millions with over 65 million in profit. (After about 5 million is given away as smaller prizes.) Most of that money is spread out between the states that host Mega Millions. They use the money to help out schools and improve roads and bridges.

All that being said, we have no reason for a lottery. We have no real taxes in the game. There is no reason to give money to school systems, hospitals or homeless shelters because Kapilands companies sponsor them already(Kindergarden, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Homeless Shelters and Community Buildings). We also have no roads in Kapilands which would require funding.

So, why should we have a lottery? To allow companies to waste their fund and try to make it rich without doing any work? What is wrong with players these days that want everything without having to work? What fun is a game when it doesn't require some hard work?

coin lottory,
each player can place max 10 coins,
the winner gets 50% of the total coins in the jackpot

it spends coins, which will make demend, which will make players to buy coins and sponser kapi!
