Trade syndicate [closed]

I know there is a forum for this but i think it should be upped a step.
Couldnt we have a syndicate for every market and we can sell the goods to them at a fixed price which changes once a week and the syndicate sells them onto the market at the market rate. One week it will make a profit on the goods the other it might lose money but either way it does not get passed onto the members.
You could choose to sell your stock to the syndicate or strait onto the market.

Though their would have to be limitaions on the big enormous players going and selling on to the syndicate because that would mean that the syndicates will have most of the goods.

And where would be the advantages? Why would that be better than simply sell your products to the market?
