It's a nice one but note the Basic Conditions for the Forum Signature though.

Images shouldn't exceed a total of 150px in height, that one image alone is 180px high.

I know that, the "SHOOK" image alone is 180px high, that's not including the avatar.
right click on the image, check the properties for the image size.

I like that picture, too. Yet it is too huge and its data-size is also too huge (max. 50 kB for all pics) for a signature.

You see my avatar and logo right now? I love those ones and I really apreciate that you could make the same but than only with the Shook and the same layout. So no balloon letters or something :d

I originally made that avatar for you, I'm not sure what the font was but I think this is similar enough.
Just "shook" and the "S" logo, and one banner without the "S" logo on it

The whole transparacy thing doesn't work very well as the filesize will become too big
And the light letters on a lightgrey background would be too blinding as well.
So I kept the background black, I like how the text stands out that way.
I also kept the image size (in pixels) the same so you can still use your statusbar.
