Contest Certificates?

I was in place 11 when the contest ended and that mean I ahould get
liek 2 contest certificates but when do i get them or how do i claim em?

Its been a while since the contest ended so im just woundering this.

Be patient , those certifcates have to be send manually , and it takes some time to do that . You'll get them in the form of a contract for 0.00

Manually??? why can't we have Automatic Certificate sender??? It will be easier for those who send them and for those who receive em...

and they need a little bit more time to check the winners... perhaps somebody has got cheated?
