quality dropping question

Lets say I got 3 factories who produce chemicals for me.
I also have 30 000 Q4 minerals and 300 000 q0 (ofc) power

this makes it possible to produce 10 000 chemicals in each factory at same time, but here is what i wonder about:

Why is the quality always bigger at the first factory i produce in and the others drop to lower quality (usually looks like this 1st factory Quality 3 and the other two factories at quality 0)

My research on chemicals are at Q12 atm btw.

make sure for every factory u click the "Quality level:" up the top and set it to a large number like 100 or something then u won't have to worrie about changeing it

im guessing on the first factory u have changed it but the other 2 u probley haven't?
