how do i work out how much my reasearch is worth, i know how to work out how much it actually cost to do, but how do i put a price on the time it took on such a new realm?

realm 2 oil 18 which atm is the 9th highest Q on the realm

any suggestions?

probably wont get to good of an offer for it... I would offer how much???

Your buildings too... not enough cash flow to offer above price prices... people need every penny they can get.
