hey guys how do i sell power and water, power and oil on the open market?

Just click on "warehouse". Than you have to enter the number of units you want to sell of the respective product, scroll a bit and then you will find: sell on the market: enter the price there and confirm.

where is the best place to build a well and power plant?

The well should be built in yellow, as the output there has the highest rate.

The power plant is more difficult: in red you can produce more, but it is more expensive than having one in the green area.

depends on the price where to build the power plant.

if the price is higher than 0.11 -> red
if the price is 0.11 or even lower -> green

but I prefere red, even at the low prices at the moment.
