why do i keep getting Calls From The Warehouse?
what they for? and what do they do?

i got freee steel and some random stroies from my employees...

It is some random events to "spice" up the game.

Exactly. Sometimes they give you things, attempt to establish a one-time NPC trade, or simply give you something to read so the game feels more realistic.
