I just don't understand WHY demand for GAS in Germany is 3,412,660 and demand for GAS in Mauritania is 6,984,000.
Should demand for gas have to be greater in undeveloped GREEN sector?
Is there any reason for that?

Demand is linked to population so a better question would be: Why does Mauritania have so much more population than Germany?
It might be because, Realm 2 being a new, the entire Realm is underdeveloped. Everybody needs money but the economy is unstable so only cheap buildings will be produced with that money. Once players get bigger and there are enough new players to cover the basic materials (Wood, Seeds, etc.), the more experienced players can then expand into Red for better profit. In other words, Small Companies use mostly Yellow and Green while Larger Companies will build most likely start building in Red when they feel it is time when there are enough to supply their factories/stores.
