companies like canadian oils sell different qualities of oil why do they do that?

does it cost more to produce higher quality oil? and if so how come?

there is a slight difference, try calculating production output at kapitools.de

however more importantly is customers' wish to buy certain qualities. i buy highest quality myself to get highest possible quality out of my production, some might need a long time to research a new quality and because of that wish to buy one quality for a long time because it's cheaper than the higher quality
