How do I start a gallery?

I received a message saying that something/someone will make an investment in my company if I start a gallery (from system)...how do I do that? is that a status symbol? What do I do?

Build the Special building called "Gallery". (You need to have VIP status to build special buildings.)

You don't need VIP to build special buildings. Just the proper level. Businessman i think.

Why do I always confuse myself with this... Don't listen to the last part of my first post. Ainvos is partly right, you need the Small Businessman level to build Special buildings.

Thanks Azer, i knew it was around there somewhere. i zipped through small businessman and businessman so fast i didnt really notice when i got the extra icon.
