I believe this is a pre-notice. (Unless this is the second note and there is a "submit" link at the bottom.) In a week you'll get a follow-up note with a link to purchase the chairs, and that note lasts for several days.

(Hint, there's nothing saying you have to sell them, and they aren't promising anything other than the 190 each.)
