Realm 2-do we have to?

I have a question about the new server. The first server will still be on or we have to start a new company on the new server. I founded my company on Realm 1 and i want to continue playing on realm 1. Can we have a company on Realm 1 and one on Realm 2?

yes, one company per realm

Yes you can have 1 company on each realm, and Realm 1 wont be shut down.
