I was wondering, when you reach the level of manager, and want to sell a research - can anyone buy it? or do they have to have the level below that research to buy it?

ex. I want to buy a level 10 seeds research ... But I have level 2 seeds research ... what happens?

You can buy a resarch with every level, I think.
If you buy a research you will loose your old.

Yes, you can buy it, but users with a level below manager cannot see the technical market (the same applies to the buildings)! So purchase is only via contract possible.
