how many of the same research centers are needed?
for example: i got 2 wells in arabic, and 1 research mine&well in germany.
is there a time that 1 research center isnt enough anymore?

Normaly 1 RC per type is enough. Once you have resarched one specific level, you can use this level in all of your production buildings.
Also you can't speed up the resarch by building additional RCs, as you can resarch one item only in one RC at a time.
But there are reasons to build more than one RC of a given type:
- You want to resarch several products, which are located in this RC-type. For example resarching oil and minerals.
- When your RC is being expanded you can't use it. As this time can get quite long, it may be advisable to have a second RC, which then resarches at this time.
But in the beginning 1 RC per type is enough, they get quite expensive over time, so don't build to many of them.
