Some Guidance here needed --again
I just got some spare cash and I am just wondering whether I should go into the cattle industry
according to knolls, people sell them below production costs
How is the cattle market like??
flooded or empty??
Should I go for it??
I have 1 20m2 planatation producing maximum corn each day
I also have enough wells for my water
Do u earn a small or lage profit if you go for cattle??
THank you all for your precious time and attention ...

Dear Gevron,
There is many items produced below their own production cost. How if there are troubles into this activity that mean you need to be down stream the cattle industry.
Currently we have this
At the average price, at the market cost according to GAAP norms you have an added value of 40% on the average price if you purchase corn Q0 and you invest by your own. However as you can see the Standart Deviation is very high arround 13%. So, you price are gonna be in a range of 133 to 159 caps for an average quality of 1,60.
Meanwhile for Q1,6 => Q2 you need corn Q6 currently at 3,95 caps. Total : 151 caps ... upper the average price. So, people who deal in the cattle industry may control their own plantations to get money back or they sell under price.
So, it could be interesting if you own grocery stores and butcher industry.

A wise man indeed, but he wrote that 2-3 months ago. So make sure you understand how that was calculated, not just what the answer was at the time.Gevron Enterprises wrote:according to knolls, people sell them below production costs

For a new example of what I meant then, take a look at Lambs.
Well.... I would like to give you a general piece of advice:
You have decide whether you want to make money or to become the "market leader" in a special branch of trade and just play for fun.
The branches with huge profits (although they are changing right now) can be seen as "standard" industries but they give you money. You won't be able to become market leader (gives you "a good feeling"
) in those industries.
The fun branches usually don't give you huge profits but you can easily control that markets due to a small supply. And maybe then you can raise the stats price?!?
Just give it a go and try whatever you would like to.
Believe in your own strength and never forget: You are an individual.
And a final word: Having a look at the stats might be a good possibilty to decide what business to go in.
