I was under the impression that production costs goes down as level goes up or something like that.

I wanted to build a TV station but the kapitools says production cost is 270, I know that is not right seeing how it is being sold for about 50ish, so what is the deal?

Is kapitools just broken?
Obviously it is not correct but then what is?

Where are you seeing them being sold at 50ish? I've seen them at 50 per point, but they're around q16, which means that they cost 800.
