2 questions

1.) what are the blue, red circles at some company names (contest certificates ? but what's the different?) and what are the banknotes ??

2.) There are some status symbols that are 'presents' >>> are those business presents that you cannot sell but only sent to a company ??
Do you need a building for those presents ??

1. The circles and banknotes indicate how much points the player has. I think a list of the symbols can be seen when you reach manager level. (As far as I remember from the german version.)

Elwood74 is right about 1 and 2. You don't need a status building for any status symble. They are stored at your warehouse.
