As they tell you, q15 ads are 16 points, so 735 / 16 = 45.93 per point
q17 ads are 18 points. 800 / 18 = 44.44 per point.
It's a bit cheaper to buy the second offer - not astoundingly slow but it does have the edge.
How big is your store? If it's only a 20m, 2 employee one, it's much better to build another one. (Or expand.) Because it takes a full set of 40,000 ad points to double your effectiveness. And even at the better rate, that's 1.8 million.
In fact that's the rule of thumb: don't put advertisements in a store until you get so big that it's more expensive to double the size than it is to buy ads. That's about 120m (12 employees) for most stores.
