warehouse : Price of the product

I have a question. Does the cost of the goods changed when we have up to a special quantity ?!

I explain my problem. I am producing my own water and my own power. Usally, the cost of water is 0,03 caps. My warehouse is over 4,000,000 liters and now the cost of water is at 1,49 caps / liters

A bug ?! Or it is normal ?!
