In which are should build factories , and in general buildings ?
I know that platations / powerpants are in green
wells / mines yellow
Sellng buildings in red
But factories ^o) ? I think red or green , but give some adice plz

Factories in particular get discussed a lot because they're right on the edge between the two. Here is a sheet in Google Documents that makes a couple comparisons, including a red and green factory (sets 3 and 4 on the sheet.) You may need to sign up for Google Docs but it's real quick and a great service you might use someday.
What you see is that for steel, Green is much more profitable - 16.3% ROI vs 9.9% ROI - for a small 20m building. But when you start expanding it loses the edge very quickly. This is because the high cost of building materials is the same anywhere and the increased production of red takes over.
However, just looking at that comparison makes it pretty clear Green factories are better for Steel. For other product though - gas, chemicals, plastic, etc - that doesn't quite hold.
