Yeh if you put something to sale at an 'un reasonably' low price it is considered cheating as you aer giving others an advantage.

My advice is to got to market --> your product --> see what the lowest price is in the market, then sell yours for a little bit less, or equall to the lowest price, then it will sell quickly :D

Any sale with a price below the production price will be regarded as cheating.

But there are of course several examples, where even a price which exceeds the production price could be observed seriously.
So Phoenix Oil gave you the best advice: stick roughly to the market prices than you will not get any problem...
(btw: everybody here wants to earn as much as he can, doesn't he?) ;-)

so is it cheating if you sell 10k water you get free when you first start the game for $0.01 ea?

it cost nothing so your not at a loss, is this still cheating?

You should keep in mind, that any sales for 0 will be regarded as cheating ;-)

No gifts are allowed..
