i reasearched Q4 minerals at the mine i adjusted the quality to four and then for some strange reason it only produces Q1 whats going on can someone tell me plz.

Minerals Q4 + Water Q0 + Power Q0 / 3 = 1,3 or Q1

To make minerals Q4 you need Minerals Research Q12
