Yes and no.

Premium accounts require coins, which can be bought with Euros. A premium account gives you access to your showcase, 40 extra building slots (for a total of 100), and the option to build special Administration buildings.

The admin buidlings only take caps, steel, stone, and wood to build - no extra coins. But you do need to keep the premium account active in order to use them.

I find this method rather complicated.

i pay my deviant art account and liber-mundi account once a year it's done and I don't have to think about it before the warning next year. I'll would have get prime account month ago if I wasn't lazy or if the buying was easier.

I guess with 12*20=240 coins you can activate the premium account for a whole year.

Yes each 20'th coin added gives you one more month of premium account. Add 240 coins and you got a full year
