Would i be able to sell a building in the green zone(WELL) for the same price i built it? i have 2 employees and 20m2

When you sell the building to the system you will loose money! The system does not pay back 100%.

Hi

When you arrive at level "Manager" you can sell your building on the market or directly to another player. Usually you will get a much higer price there. As long as You are not "Manager" - there is no way to sell your building for more than the system offers you.
