You cannot sell oil directly.
You can either sell it on market (or find a partner and sell it by contract),
or make Gas from it and sell it in Gas Station.
I think that Johny Inc is one of the biggest in that, ask him. And there is also some forum, cannot remember now, search a bit (read the fax).
