I have a lot of factories and I've heard that I can begin to optimize when I've reached 400workers....

but I cannot understand if the FAQ intends 400 workers in a single factory/plantation or in all production centers....

can you help me?

As I know, optimization works per-factory.

Yes, you need a 4000qm factory, before you can optimize it...

yes, the optimization is for each production building that reaches 4,000 m2, respectively 400 workers (the workers are more important, it does not work with 4000 m2, but only 380 workers...)
