power plant. Expand or build new?

Hi I think that there should be more topics about this but I haven't managed to find any. My question is it better to expand a power plant or build new, coz the expansion in the beginning is more expensive then building a new power plant. Maybe in the later it will be cheaper? Can someone explain me how building expansion works? and is it better to expand your current building or build new.

Always better to build new, considering how many more resources it takes to expand than to build. Also, one building with 4 employees is not as efficient as 2 buildings with 2 employees each.

The only reason people expand is because there is a limit of 60 buildings in a standard account, or 100 in a premium one. (Or possibly to expand research buildings.)

thats right. I'm Con inc. i have 60 power plants all expanded to 30m except one at 240m. It's beter to build 60 buildings first and then start expanding
