sale a building

i have made a building, expand it and i now change my mind
can i know how many % of caps i will get back ?
i guess i will loose some money, but does my extension will be taken in count....
in fact willi loose a lot of money or not?

the cost for it you get back the materal you dont get any of that back

If you enter this building, go onto "sell" you will see the amount reimbursed for that building.
