Slower production.

My powerplant suddenly needs more time to produce the same amount of power. Is this normal?
I am only sure about the PP, haven't gotten a pattern from my well or mine yet.

it is normal, if you reach new level.becouse when you reach new level, your buildings&stores lose productivity. More information: http://www.forum.kapilands.com/viewtopic.php?t=1457
