Im new so i know this is a Noob question lol , ok when i regester do i need to Activate my account because i signed up and ive had no Emails ?

You'll recive an confirmation on the e-mail adress you posted upon registration but the account is activated instantly and you can enter using the password you chose. No further activation needed.

Do i use my Companys name btw ?

When you registered you chose both username and company name. The username is for logging in only.

I belive your login name is permanent but you can change both password and company name.
