Banner disappear

Hello everyone,

can you please check if you have your banners in your kapilands profile page and in showcase? Looks like mine is gone somewhere. Why? Please kapilands team return it back.

When I click in my forum signature on image link appears text message:
No company information:
Either the player has deactivated his showcase or the company doesn't exist anymore.

I have nothing deleted, deactivated and my account still exists and I play game.

Your forum banner was using the banner link from your kapi account. Try uploading a banner again to your showcase and the banner should reappear in your forum signature. It must have been wiped in the game sever move. If you can't upload a banner into your showcase put a bug report in

It's not on the banner test thread so I'm guessing it was always linked to your showcase banner. You have one here though.

I uploaded test banner, but it still don`t appear in my showcase, only in my profile. Does it take time to appear in showcase or I have to upload in some other way? Or maybe now it don`t appear any more in showcase? Then it is strange, because showcase is my info and presentation of company.

No it must be a bug from the server move. I can see from your signature it's the right link and should display in your showcase but it doesn't. If you post in the bug section you should get a response tomorrow. When you post just add a link to his thread save you typing everything twice. Mines gone to so I'm guessing most will be affected.

, that means time for change but now I dont have too much time to create banner, so I dod this ultra green one in 5 mins If I`ll have some free time maybe I`ll make something more I like

If it is possible to return my previous one from your server please contact me. I hope that all banner imeges are not deleted just link to them is broken.

As far as I can tell, the latter is the case. I'll keep you posted here - our programmers have this fix on today's to-do-list!

If I upload another banner does it mean your sytem overwrites it to my previous one? In this case my old banner is gone...

Yes I would mean that, you have only the one link for a banner per account. Which is why if you used the link from your showcase for a forum signature and changed your banner ingame the forum banner would also change. That is provided if you tried to change banner when showcase banners went down the actual attempted upload did go through.

The only way to ensure it didn't happen to you again in the future is to upload your banner for the forum separately to a image host website or to your own online storage via dropbox or something similar.

The banner links should be fixed now - the ones currently existing in your accounts should appear now without further problems. If not, please get back to us again!

As you may have noticed, while the image-links are now fixed, the banners still don't show up properly in your showcases.

I am afraid, we won't be able to fix that issue with the banner display issue before the weekend - fixes/changes are never carried out on a Friday (unless there is an emergency of course that requires an immediate reaction), as in case they present problems, our office won't be fully staffed then. Our developers will get right to it next week, though - I hope you'll all manage without your showcase banners until then.
