Hey, I am thinking about getting 60 coins within the day what level do you have to be to sell them and can someone prove that this is a legit site??

Don't need to be any level and If you are worried about legality then use the paypal option- they're legal.

Okay thanks thats what i was thinking of using anyway, okay so you can sell at any level?

I don't think there's a level restriction, if there was, you wouldn't be able to actually sell them, just like you can't sell a building at a low level.
When you have the option to sell coins in your screen, it's probably allowed.

I think I mentioned in IGM but coins are any level 100% definate.
