Problem with status banner

Hi, im having a problem when trying to get my status banner on kapitools.

When i enter my kapilands ID, it shows another player that's not me. Is there any other way to get my status banner? Thanks

Sorry, we cannot help you with kapitools ourselves, as the site isn't hosted by us. But maybe someone else using this banner here has an idea?

Its the same for everyone with realm 1 looking around the forum even mines wrong. Not sure who runs kapibanners. Last time I had a problem with it Goldeneye managed to get it resolved really quickly.
