whats the use of firing someone you just luss money like whats the point in that its not like you can demolished part or you building so

this firing people is an option which remained in the game after the beta phase of the game.
In the original version of Kapi3, there was sense in firing employees (I do not remember which one it was), but during the beta, most users did not want to have this included, so it had been taken out. This "fire-button", however, remained there.

So in the current game there is no real need for that.

I looked it up in the old forum:
they wanted to try how the game worked if employees would get money on a regular basis (e.g. monthly / daily salary). And in order to decrease such costs you were able to fire workers...
