If you want to, for example, surprise your friend with a gift of Coins, make the purchase for your account. When the Coins have been credited to your account, contact our support-team and give us your account details; we will also ask you which payment provider you used and some other details only the account-holder (and the person who made the payment) would know, to ensure this really is your account, and, given the user ID of the other player, will transfer the Coins to his account.

well, if you want to trade with him the usual way, then of course he should buy the Coins from you with in-game money via contract, just as usual within the game. The other option I described is just to allow you to make a birthday-present to someone, for instance. It is not designed to be used as regular trading-practice, and will therefore be monitored by our support.
In that case, you therefore also need to contact our support-team (http://support.upjers.com/neo), not GoldenEye or myself via PM, who will then handle your request.
