That doesn't tell you much, because there are 25 different products a grocery could sell. Much better to look at supply & demand (and average quality) for any 1 product.
In fact, if you're interested I just ran numbers for my own curiosity and I'll share them here if the format isn't too unforgiving. I'm just going to list the item and the ratio of demand over supply. A bigger number is better, that means there's way more demand than supply. I've sorted so the most demanded are up top:
