Building Expansion

I was wondering if when expanding all the product (Steel and wood only) had to be the same quality... say I need 5000 steel; can it be 2500 Q1 and 2500 Q2?

It does all need to be the same quality for that expansion. If you need to use 2500 Q1 and 2500 Q2, you would need to do it in two separate expansions to be able to use up all your steel.

But of course it is not that clever to use quality steel for your expansion.

You should sell that and buy steel Q0. This might give you a bit more profit.

DOH! Why didn't I think of that? How stupid I've been, making all this Q3 steel and just expanding my buildings like crazy. I also do use some of it in building other items for resale. That's going to stop right now!
