Cheap buildings / researches

I was wondering how cheap I would be allowed to sell a building, say like a fully built factory in red for example.... or any research... is there a minimum ammount I have to sell it for or can I sell it for a symbolic 1 Cap to a player ( / or a player with less than 64 mio. caps / manager status) ?

this is a very good question.... I cannot tell you...

and I asked this also 2 years ago.....

I can tell you this from experience... you will get banned for selling or buying a building to cheap... so to the second pert of the question if you can sell a building for 1 caps... nope!!!

First of all you will have to define what "cheap" for a maxed out factory is to you. Like Massada said, selling it for 1 cap is out of the question - unless you are a ban

I buy coins and I lost my first company to a ban for buying a cheap building from the market...

Thanks for all your replies.

Actually I wasn't aiming at helping a newbie to grow fast, I actually have been thinking about giving up playing Kapilands due to upcoming time problems (even though Kapilands doesn't require a lot of time), but I just thought it would be a pity to let all the maxed out buildings stand around for nothing so I was thinking about selling them for cheap money to upcoming businesses =)

I guess I'll start selling them at the price the system would buy them at, so thanks again for that tip!
