administrative buildings

Can anyone explain me what the administrative buildings are used for? Can you make money in them, when should I buy them?

You use them to set or stop production or sale for all of a specific building type you own. They don't make more or anything - they're simply there so you dont have to individually set many buildings to produce or sell.

You'll probably appreciate the time saved once you have 20 or even 10 or one kind of building.

I agree,

They are useful when you many activity fields and many buildings. and they are very useful if you have sales buildings.. you can collect the money from your stores all together instead of visiting them one by one..

and there are also special buildings for the expansion of buildings (so you can expand e.g. all production buildings at the same time, or hire workers at the same time)

To be able to you need to have a premium account.

Then you go to build --> choose area (it makes no difference whatsoeevr what area you choose) --> scroll down to admin buildings --> choose the correct one for the building you want to admin--> build

It costs 500,000 caps plus standard materials per admin building.

That's not correct. When I have just over the standard amount of materials to build a regular building, and attempt to build an administration building, I get a message saying that I don't have enough materials. It seems that you actually need 3x the normal materials to actually build the admin building.

I tried to find out the actual figures for that, but did not find the exact ones...

if you click on "build" and an area, you will find there the number of units of the material required to construct one building (this depends on your level).

The administration buildings need 2x of the stones shown there..., 3x steel and aprox 11 times wood (these are just aproximate figures, which I looked up from several players with several levels...)

I will try to find out the exact ones and furtheron try to get these figures written somewhere in the help or building menu...
