Is it true that the longer you have a building such as a factory or mine, when you go to sell, the value is higher than if you only had it for a short time? :P

I don't think so ... in real world, the price should goes down when time goes by ... its called "depreciation" ...

In Kapiland, I think .. it'll be either stay at same selling price, or goes down. but not goes up. (Assuming you never expand your building)

No, it has nothing to do with how long you have a building. The only important figures on the price are the qm and workers in the building. In shops, you also have to take into account the number of ads in that shop.

(and of course, like you mentioned the area is also important)
