Price?

How is price decided?
Or rather sales time?

The demand for oranges in France is about the same as the demand for Oranges in Saudi Arabia.

France: 1,451,946
Saudi: 1,098,789

But when I try to sell them for $5, France only takes about 3 hours while Saudi takes 8hrs.

How is this decided?

Saudi has low spending capacity whereas France has high spending capacity
