I have 65 buildings, but, I have 9 showing as premium as of right now, I have not checked the rest. Why is that? I thought I could have 60 total without premium. So..... can anyone answer that newb question? :)

I believe that every single building you build while you're premium, is counted as a premium building at first, even if you didn't have 60 buildings yet.
Though I'm not 100% sure about that because I went into premium when I already had 60 non-premium buildings.
And I didn't pay much attention to the building status when I re-organised my company as a premium account. :P

VerConMat is correct. Every building you construct is marked as a premium building, even if you haven't reached 60 buildings yet, when you activate your premium account. That doesn't really affect your game-play, all you need to be aware of is that you must make sure to reduce your buildings back to 60 once your premium account is about to run out (if you don't plan on renewing it), as otherwise these buildings will be locked.

So make sure you keep an eye on the date of your premium time and sell your surplus buildings in time (otherwise our support will help you there).

Cheers,
